1. Services Provided

904 Turf provides artificial turf cleaning, odor treatment, debris removal, turf maintenance, and related lawn services.

Service scope is limited to the work described in your booking confirmation. Additional services requested onsite may result in additional charges.

2. Scheduling and Access

Clients must provide safe and clear access to the service area at the scheduled time.

If our team arrives and cannot access the property, a cancellation or service fee may apply.

We operate within arrival windows and do not guarantee exact arrival times due to traffic, weather, and job conditions.

3. Payment Terms

Payment information is collected at the time of booking.

Payment may be authorized prior to service and processed upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to charge additional fees if the condition of the property significantly differs from what was described during booking.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

No-shows or inability to access the property may result in a service charge.

5. Property Condition and Limitations

Clients are responsible for removing personal items, debris, pet waste, toys, furniture, and obstacles prior to service.

904 Turf is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Loose turf seams or improperly installed turf
• Drainage issues caused by prior installation
• Pet damage unrelated to cleaning
• Underground utilities not disclosed

If we discover unsafe conditions, we reserve the right to pause or decline service.

6. Results Disclaimer

While we use professional-grade equipment and cleaning methods, results may vary depending on turf age, installation quality, and prior maintenance.

We do not guarantee complete stain or odor removal in all cases.

7. Weather Policy

Outdoor services are subject to weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to rain, lightning, or unsafe working conditions.

8. Satisfaction Policy

If you are unsatisfied with service, please contact us within 24 hours.

We will review concerns and may offer corrective service at our discretion.

Refunds are not guaranteed once service has been performed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 904 Turf shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from 904 Turf regarding appointment reminders, service updates, and promotional offers if separately selected.
